Our latest #AptChat was a Free-For-All-Friday, which means you asked the questions and picked the topics. We covered everything from “smaller” apartments search sites (think PadMapper, Lovely, and Apartment List) to Google+, and even Myspace. Here are the highlights from our discussion:
Q1: Have you tried “smaller” apartment search sites like @padmapper, @lovely, @apartmentlist? What kind of results have you seen? #AptChat
— Apartment Chat (@AptChat) September 7, 2012
@30lines I haven’t experimented with them yet. Honestly, I don’t want to waste my time if they aren’t effective. #aptchat — Lona Peterson (@LonaPete) September 7, 2012
@30lines If we receive a lead, even just one, it’s effective #aptchat — Lona Peterson (@LonaPete) September 7, 2012

@jonathansaar We are seeing mostly long tail searches too, other than community name. People are searching with more details now. #apatchat

We see community websites getting traffic from Search as high as 80% with Google being 98% of that. #aptchat
