When call centers first came into existence their purpose was served based on the consumer and the needs of the time. I have seen little evolve since then. I classify them in the same category as pagers. The consumer is expecting much more on their initial experience and I do not see how call centers and clients they serve have even begun to approach that gap. We all know what happened to pagers

Thanks for stopping by, Jonathan! What do think could be done to make the call center experience better and more beneficial for the company and the resident/prospect?
